About Kelly Manya

As a therapist with many years of experience, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients. They include teens, adults, couples and families who are dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief/loss, family/marital conflict, low self-esteem, stress, divorce and co-parenting. I employ a compassionate, nonjudgemental, strength-based approach. My relationship with each client is unique and designed to encourage positive change. My style is collaborative and our time together will include setting goals which are manageable and when achieved will enhance your quality of life.
